At SCAD, a continuous influx of graduate students every quarter presents the challenge of effectively onboarding them. Ensuring efficient information exchange between students and SCAD admissions is crucial. Our project is dedicated to improving the onboarding process for incoming service design graduate students, with the primary goal of enhancing their overall experience, effectiveness, and engagement.
